What we expect from pros on the platform
Your Credentials
- You say you have the proper licenses
- You say you carry insurance (if needed)
- We don't verify any of this—that's on you
Your Quotes
- Quotes are estimates, not contracts
- Be honest about pricing
- Either party can back out before work starts
For Customers
What we expect from people hiring pros
Your Requests
- Describe the work accurately
- Be honest about conditions
- Respond to pros in a timely manner
Your Homework
- Verify credentials yourself
- Check insurance if it matters to you
- Leave honest reviews
What We Don't Do

Call Gari is a connection platform only
We're like a bulletin board—we help people find each other. That's it.
Bottom line: All professionals are independent. Work arrangements, safety, credentials, and agreements are entirely between you and the professional. We're not responsible for the services provided.
